Terms & Conditions

The ground rules for working with Vayusha.

1. Agreement

By using the Vayusha website or engaging our digital marketing services from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services & payments

Scope, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal. Projects require an advance to begin, with the balance billed as per milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may pause active work.

3. Client responsibilities

Please share accurate brand details, timely access to accounts, and prompt feedback and approvals. You confirm you own or have rights to all material you provide.

4. Intellectual property

Final deliverables become yours on full payment. Vayusha may display the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets remain under their original licences.

5. Results disclaimer

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors. We apply our best expertise but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

6. Liability & cancellation

Vayusha's total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in the preceding three months. Either party may terminate with written notice; fees for completed work are non-refundable.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
